With a passion for business and 13 years as CEO of a technology and automation business, Chris is a proven leader of growth. Chris has a track record of growing businesses through acquisition, joint venture and strategic alliances but thrives on the growth from new technology development. Today Chris mentors several start-ups and is on the Board of many established entities. Chris is involved in several private businesses at various stages of development from startups to mature companies and serves as a Director and business mentor.

A Chartered Accountant and Chartered Member of the Institute of Directors, Greg spent the first sixteen years of his working career with Deloitte, providing accounting and corporate finance services to businesses, followed by 11 years as CFO of an NZX listed company. Other roles include being CFO for agricultural consultancy AbacusBio Ltd, CFO for tracking company TracPlus Ltd and consultant to a number of early-stage SaaS businesses. Greg is also COO for ADInstruments Ltd, a provider of hardware and software for use in life sciences research and education.

Liam is our Chief Technical Officer (CTO), and is an experienced business analyst/software developer, responsible for overseeing CompanyHQ’s software architecture and software development roadmap. Liam’s work career includes roles as an IT software developer/consultant with agriculture companies PGG Wrightson and AbacusBio, and as a technical business analyst with healthcare company BPAC Clinical Solutions.

Ash is our Head of Development, and responsible for the development and delivery of the CompanyHQ platform. Ash is an experienced Senior Software Engineer, with skills in TypeScript, React, .NET Core and relational databases.

Tobias, as our Head of Marketing, leads CompanyHQ’s marketing activities, through a combination of direct, on-line and channel partner led marketing. Tobias is currently the Australia New Zealand Marketing Manager for Dunedin-based listed company, Scott Technology Limited and has over 7 years’ experience as a B2B Marketing professional.

Rosie is our Head of Legal, and provides a legal review of platform content prior to it being made available to users. Rosie is an experienced commercial lawyer specialising in preparing, negotiating and advising on general commercial legal matters. Rosie is also a Partner in Dunedin law firm, Gallaway Cook Allan.
